𖦹 Return Policy: I kindly do not offer returns or refunds. However, I do accept size exchanges, as long as the item is in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Please contact within 5 days of delivery for an exchange.

𖦹 Shipping: Most pieces are handmade to order. Please allow up to 12 days for your order to ship. Once your order is on the way, you will receive a conformation with tracking details. We ship worldwide!

𖦹 Materials: Every Sirena piece is unique! I work with natural materials such as shells and stones, meaning slight variations in color and texture. No two pieces are the same.

𖦹 Jewelry Care: Sirena pieces are gold filled and can be worn in the ocean, however I recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, salt, and body products to preserve their longevity. Each piece is delicate and crafted to be worn with love and care. 

𖦹 Repairs: Chain pieces are delicate and may snap. I offer free repairs! Reach out via email to coordinate.
